Thank you Tony, another helpful article that had me reflecting and being thankful for the path on which God has led me to look to the left and keep moving to the right; life circumstances which brought me to becoming a Christian at Uni, friends who persisted with me in prayer, in conversation and invitation to church, solid, clear, helpful preaching, encouragement to get involved in Christian ministry, one or two leaders who took me under their wing, seeing some potential and encouraged me in evangelism, God's timing, especially big answers to prayer and providing opportunities to serve, a godly wife, great and challenging Bible teaching, stepping out in faith and taking big steps and making big life decisions, leaders who spent time with me, encouraging and pushing me in the right direction.
As you can see, there is not just one thing, but I am thankful that with my life situation in becoming a Christian how God provided great Bible teachers and wonderful people, godly leaders, men and women, who spent time with me and encouraged me and shared their life with me.
